These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of products from LinesSafe. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All phones sold by LinesSafe are genuine Google Pixel devices with GrapheneOS pre-installed. The hardware is unmodified. Software installation does not void the hardware warranty.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Shipping within Ireland is free. EU shipping is €9.99. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times: Ireland 1–3 business days, EU 3–7 business days. All orders are tracked and insured.
All Pixel devices carry the standard 2-year EU manufacturer warranty for hardware. We offer 30 days of email support for software-related questions.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. The device must be returned in its original condition. Contact us at hello@linessafe.com to initiate a return.
LinesSafe provides phones with enhanced privacy software. We do not guarantee that any device is immune to all forms of attack or data recovery. Users are responsible for their own security practices, including PIN selection and device handling.
